Amynta Fire & Rescue property, casualty, professional liability program designed specifically for small to mid-size fire and rescue departments. We target departments protecting communities with population under 25,000. We focus on three things: safety-first culture, population density and training. We bind 70% of the submissions that meet our eligibility requirements.
Eligibility
Fire Department serving a population of less than 25,000.
Fire Departments with up to three ambulances providing Basic Life Safety or Advance Life Safety may be written without a referral. Larger fleets require a referral.
Fire Training Academies. We prefer academies to require a waiver of liability from all trainees.

Fire Departments serving communities with a population exceeding 25,000. (This is a guideline. If you have a favorable risk serving a population exceeding 25,000 by a relatively small margin, let’s talk about it).
Fire Departments with an ambulance fleet of more than three. (This is a guideline. If you have a department with up to five with great experience, let’s discuss).
Any fire department with ambulances providing non-emergency transport.
