Fire & Rescue P&C

Amynta Fire & Rescue is a program designed specifically for small to mid-size emergency service organizations. We target all volunteer organizations, although we will entertain select Fire & Rescues with less than 20% career responders. Our focus is on three things: culture, population density and training. We look for organizations that have a safety/wellness culture, a population served of 25,000 or preferably less, and an active training regime.

Eligibility  

Volunteer Departments (up to 20% career will be considered) Services population less than 25,000 Preferred serviced population less than 5,000 Wellness/Safety culture Prefer volunteer organizations with no emergency medical services or ambulance exposure Second tier preferred provides only basic life support Written bylaws reviewed by outside counsel Prefer no converted vehicles Training for bariatric patient handling

Ineligible Risks

Departments with more than 20% of their Responders being Full Time Paid. Departments servicing a population greater than 25,000. Advanced Life Safety Departments without written bylaws. Departments that provide Ambulance Services. Professional/Trade Associations. Training Centers.
