Marcie Hasty

I’ve spent over 25 years in the insurance world, with my heart firmly planted in the Public Entity and Emergency Service space. There is something incredibly rewarding about crafting the right protection for the volunteers who step up for us every day. Whether I’m diving into a complex risk or negotiating terms, my focus is always building real, trusted relationships—not just processing paperwork. I’m equally passionate about helping my team grow, streamlining the way we work, and finding that perfect balance between smart strategy and common sense. Away from work,  I’m a proud "boy mom" to three sons (plus two dogs and a husband to keep me on my toes!). My oldest is officially out "adulting" in the real world, while my younger two keep me busy at home. From April through July, you’ll find me at a baseball tournament every single weekend, and once fall hits, I’m the one cheering the loudest at high school football games every Friday night. In those rare moments of quiet, I love getting my hands dirty in the garden, whipping up something sweet in the kitchen, or diving into a new DIY project around the house.   CA License #6010321 |Email: [email protected]

Karen Williams

Karen has spent nearly two decades in the insurance industry, primarily serving public entities, where she has learned that no two days — and no two risks — are ever the same. She began her career as an underwriting assistant and advanced to Underwriter in 2015, working with the First Fire program and developing a strong appreciation for the details that help protect communities. Outside of reviewing submissions, she is often covered in dog hair as a foster for rescue dogs, believing her home is simply a temporary stop for four-legged friends in need. She also volunteers as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), advocating for children in the court system. Protecting and supporting people and communities is not just her profession — it is a personal passion. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Karen joined Amynta EOB in January of 2026 as Senior Production Underwriter for the Water Program and Fire & Rescue Program. CA License #6010321 | Email: [email protected]

She quickly moved to working with the First Fire program and became an Underwriter in 2023. Christian joined Amynta EOB in January of 2026 as a Production Underwriter for the Fire & Rescue program. Christian is a single mom of four and a fitness lover, so balancing risk and chaos is basically her cardio. Email: [email protected]

Rob Kuhn

Rob began his insurance career in 2015 with Glatfelter Insurance Group, starting as a Marketing Representative and advancing into a Sales Executive role. Over the better part of a decade, he played a key role in growing Glatfelter’s Religious Institution program from a regional offering into a national platform—helping disrupt long-standing competitors and contributing to approximately fourfold premium growth. Rob later transitioned into a Territory Distribution Leader role, where he drove sales growth for multiple programs across a defined geographic footprint. He joined Amynta EOB in October 2025 as AVP of Sales, motivated by the opportunity to once again help build an emerging program into a national player that challenges traditional brands. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog, cheering on Manchester United and the Chicago Bears, and singing on his church’s Praise and Worship Team.
